BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Each year, Lehigh University Choral Arts organizes a Christmas Vespers service billed as a Christmas gift to the community.
PBS39 was there this year to record it.
"Christmas Vespers" will air at 8 p.m. Sunday on PBS39 and streaming on PBS39.org, YouTubeTV and Hulu.
Led by Artistic Director Steven Sametz, Lehigh University Choral Arts presented the vespers service Sunday, Dec. 10, at Packer Memorial Church.
Choral Arts is made up of the Lehigh University Choir, Lehigh University Glee Club, Dolce (the university's treble choir) and the Choral Union comprised of Lehigh students, faculty, staff and community residents.
About two dozen Choral Arts alumni singers also joined in the performance.
The hourlong program runs from 8 to 9 p.m. Sunday and is followed by "Season of Light: Christmas with the Tabernacle Choir."
